Botanical Impresions

Composted by Nature

Revealed through time.

Preserved by hand.

I think of my collections as invitations rather than materials. They invite me to pause, ask questions, to look more closely, and to record what might otherwise be forgotten. Together with fabrics, threads, pressed botanicals, and other small treasures gathered from nature, they become a place to study, sketch, and translate the quiet textures of the natural world into paper, cloth, clay, and thread.

Study No. 122
